i personally would eat weedburgers if...
it really tasted good, not necessarily like meat but good, AND it’s not more expensive
That was the thing about it - it was reminiscent of a real burger, but very different, and very good.
I just worry about what goes into this stuff - haven’t there been some questions about nonfermented soy products?
I looked up some of the highly rated ones, and the ‘Beyond Meat Beyond Burgers’ get pretty good reviews.
Surprisingly, they have no soy protein and a lot of the other newer ones don’t either:
