Zwift.
It is always 70 degrees in my living room. No cars, no dogs, no rain, no wind, and I can ride with friends from around the USA.

About the only input I have for now is that of part prices. Helping keep the kids riding their bikes here in this "low income" city by providing free basic repairs on the sidewalk and parts at cost, by the grace of God, means prayerfully looking for the lowest prices on parts. Items which about two years ago were about a $1.00 with free shipping (Ebay - no affiliation to me) included: 48 30mm patches (up
over $2:50); pairs of V-brake pads (now
at least $ for 5 pairs)); Sponge gel seat covers (way up at
over $2.50 minimum)) ; bright Mini COB LED Headlamps (up to
over $2.00);
Items about $8-$10 included: pairs of twist shifters, chains; rear derailleurs, 20 pcs 1.7M brake cable (now at least $14.00). But I see 50 feet of Brake Cable Housing at the same price ($19.00). Good buy for kids seats at $12. (up from $10.50 last Fall). Thank God we are blessed to obtain such and save find to help others in His name.
I find Ebay to be the cheapest for these type of things, while Walmart is best for tires and tubes, at least standard ones like 20'' bike tires and 4 packs of tubes, thank God.
If you need help with prices on other parts maybe I can be of assistance, by the grace of God.

"It is always 70 degrees in my living room. No cars, no dogs, no rain, no wind, and I can ride with friends from around the USA." You mean and avoid weather as this (after 24'' of snow last Sat.)?

A week from today is Winter Bike to Work Day. I don't work next Friday, so I might try to make Wednesday or next Sunday.
Right now there's a lot of snow and ice around; After hitting some ice and breaking my leg in a crash (8 screws holding it together), I'm understandably apprehensive about riding in such conditions.

Rouvy updated their interface and how they track your career progress. I am in the middle of a challenge taking place in Northern Japan on my Bowflex C6.

Screenshot of my bicycling app during my ride today. A protective case holds it on my handlebar so I can see it. The important number while riding is the blue 30 for fastest speed. When I ride I try to hit 30 at least once. That makes me break a serious sweat and that's want you want during a workout. Just 3 or 5 seconds is enough... for me that is the very maximum of effort that I can make.
