Flores' stories about the owner may be true but frankly it's him sayin 'he told me this' and 'he told me that'. IF it's not recorded or in writing it's legally meaningless, and it sounds like that's the case.

But I think Flores is playing for a settlement. And I bet he'll get one a big one. The NFL will definitely want to avoid discovery (especially after the Jon Gruden stuff that came out as people were reviewing the Redskins e-mail archive). Money, on the other hand, is nothing to them.

Yeah Flores was “only” making $3m a year, so a fat lawsuit payoff will make that look like pocket money.
