Does Rove really think the people currently in charge have the ability to wage a war and win? They are more interested in using the armed forces for social engineering, and I wouldn’t trust then to pull off a second invasion of Grenada successfully.
Rove, et al, don’t care about winning. They just want the government contracts for them and their pals. Dead military mean nothing to them.
