Apparently all appointed and elected officials at the state level must be bonded before they can take the oath of office. Looks like we can nuke all communists out of office by making a claim against their bond.

It would be nice to have a much more informative report. Also not video. Sounds like some old fashioned libertarian legal stuff. but the video was rambling so it is hard to follow. Who what where when and how used to be the journalism standard. At least when i was a journalist in Junior High circa 1966.
