Israel is overrun with Covid. The vaccines have failed. The experiment must stop

Israel has always been the most important country to judge the mRNA Covid vaccines.

Why?

It has nearly total adult vaccine coverage. Efforts to blame "the unvaccinated” for whatever is happening won’t hold. Israel has good data - far more complete and up-to-date than American figures. And it vaccinates quickly, so whatever impact the vaccines are having rolls through the population (and the data) quickly.

But most of all, Israel matters because Israel was first. It mass vaccinated with Pfizer’s mRNA first and it boosted first. And human biology is the same everywhere.

So what happens in Israel happens in all the other mRNA countries eventually. As the chief scientific officer of Pfizer said in September, Israel is a “sort of laboratory” for the vaccines.

Here’s how the Israeli experiment is going.

( 8,926 "worldometers official" Israeli Covid deaths over two years / 8,655,535 Israelis ) x 100 = 0.103 %.

The "morality rate" comes to little more than one-tenth of one percent of the population "officially" dead from Covid, over more than two years.

But additionally, as you observed above, "...total Covid deaths in Israel per capita are 3 times lower than in the US." What does this say about the Fauci-led pandemic response? 3 times worse than Israel's?

It's a fair question, after two years gone by.

It’s interesting how they will use raw numbers when it fits a narrative and ignore percentages and vice versa if doing that fits the narrative.

There are indeed more “serious cases” in Israel than before simply due to the much higher rate of infection from Omicron - but percentage wise, no, there are not more serious cases. Getting more vaccines that protect against prior strains that are no long circulating doesn’t make sense - agreed.

It was very successful in protecting against the original virus and early variants but apparently after the fact that doesn’t count if people are getting the less deadly Omicron now. It’s remarkable logic - so dedicated to this narrative that they will twist reality in this way rather than just letting it go and acknowledging they are and were wrong.

Evidence of efficacy is not enough.

A treatment must be both effective AND safe.

A bullet to the head would be 100% effective in preventing you from dying of covid....it would be effective, but far from safe...

2. American response to new COVID variants improved radically as vaccination percentage increased. Compare charts at the two sites listed below. New cases roughly tripled from the delta variant to the omicron variant. However, hospitalizations increased only about 50%.

Our immune systems cleared out the anti-spike protein antibodies that the mRNA vaccines had forced them to make; and the vaccines did not produce the same long-term immunological improvements that natural infection and recovery from Covid cause. Once the antibodies disappeared, the protection did too.

Then of course here's this very clueless comment in the article. He doesn't even know what a virus is and how they reproduce. This comment is self contradictory. Yet apparently he thinks this makes perfect sense.

An interesting observation. And yet, in other subsets of the pandemic discussion, the "correlation is not causation" slogan is trotted out so quickly.

A historical frame for this would be the time period over which the Spanish flu pandemic burned itself out, LONG before there were mRNA products, legally-shielded by EUAs, "safe and effective" yet the data cannot be released, injections to sell.

Natural virus attenuation doesn't figure into the marketing schemes, so....
