Mathieu Fleury, the Ottawa City Councillor of Rideau-Vanier Ward, has today announced his support for the government to launch a legal challenge to seize the remaining GoFundMe donations that had been collected online.
“This morning, I have asked the city manager and city solicitor to immediately launch court proceedings targeting the millions of dollars in funds frozen by @GoFundMe so Ottawa taxpayers are not left holding the bag for these protests,” Fleury tweeted.

I predicted this the moment I heard of the convoy starting up. The left are in an all out hostile takeover of everything. They are intentionally pushing good men to the limits, hoping for violence so,that thye can “justify” violently attacking citizens to pound them into compliance

Dumb? I'm not so sure, as the outcome depends on the degree of politicization of the legal system and the particular judge they shop for.

They can’t stand the pressure. The truckers are pushing them against the wall and we now see their true predilections.
This is the government they have.
One that will without hesitation, steal other people’s money.

Looks like they are letting locals come and go between the borders on one lane. The border remains shut. Apparently, they are following a Canadian law.
