This is deeply disturbing and dysfunctional on so many levels: 1. The woman was a NURSE and stole lottery tickets as the victim lay dying on the floor. Hippocratic oath???? 2. As usual not even a hint of hate crime investigation on the motive for murder was mentioned even though the races were different and no apparent motive for killing the clerk was mentioned.

It sure doesn’t sound like something you would do on the spur of the moment after an armed robbery and shooting. How would you even know how to cut power to the store unless you cased the place first?

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to find the breaker box and kill the power.
But the ticket perp is a nurse. I’m wondering if LE is investigating whether or not she refused to render aid to the vic and, if so, if that played a roll in the vic’s death.
Or, jeez, maybe if she assisted the vic on her way...
Oh man. They had already robbed the store - why did they have to shoot and kill her. :(
