NORTH COUNTY (KMOV.com) – A woman is accused of shooting a north St. Louis County McDonald’s employee Wednesday afternoon.
St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office Court documents state Terika Clay argued with the employee working at the drive-through regarding a discount on French fries. The argument continued when the employee went outside for a smoke break. Clay then allegedly hit the employee in the head with a gun and shot the victim.
The incident that happened at 1790 Florissant Road just before 1 p.m. was captured on video, according to police.
The victim was taken to the hospital. Their condition has not been released.
Clay, 30, was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. Her cash-only bond was set at $150,000.

I was offered a job at the St Louis airport not fat from that notorious neighborhood. I laughed and declined. The head hunter said he had beennhaving trouble finding anyone willing to work there.
There is a serious moral sickness with black Americans. They have been poisoned by democrats and their own culture.
Besides other commonalities has anyone noticed the attacker is almost always a woman??? (In these “Hangry” incidents)
Also how do you shoot someone and get charged with assault? I’m mean unless she shot the victims foot or something isn’t that attempted murder?

Criminal statutes and charges are very state-specific.
You often have identical crimes with completely different statutory titles in different states.
What is common wording in ordinary language usually does not apply.

Watched the video on the link and the victim was shot in the “upper body” so by any reasonable standard it was intent to kill.

Racism is a learned behavior and there are a lot of other minorities in this country who do not experience the same level of discrimination. This woman isn’t helping the black cause. It’s time for the black community to find some leaders who point the finger inward and say: “This is NOT a white problem. This is a black problem and WE need to fix it.” And don’t look to Al or Jesse...they perpetuate your problem so they can get more face time.
