This is what you get from 22 year-old woke "journalism" majors, writing for MSM blogs
Cool.
I hope that freeloading ho ends up working the buffet line at Luby’s in Corsicana.
The art of proof reading is so yesterday.
The only pity here is for their three kids.
Half of a billion?
What kind of ego thinks you can’t live ok on $500 million. Even at today’s interest rates…you can live well.
I do you long time ,Joe.
“divorce terrorism”. The divorce lawyers came up with that term. It’s designed to make the jury sympathetic to the wife who’s been ‘wronged in so many ways’.
I can see she married the guy for his looks.
“It has been reported that Allison Huynh, 46-year-old, is seeking 50 percent of the assets“
The bed warmer had zero to do with his success. She has no right to half.
Why are you posting an article from August?
After she supported him financially when they started out, he asks for a post-nuptial agreement 4 years into their marriage and she’s the freeloader?
“It’s designed to make the jury sympathetic to the wife who’s “...been ‘wronged in so many ways’.”
Interesting enough it is a real crime in many states. The penal Code 422 PC is the California statute that prohibits one from making criminal threats. These are threats of death or great bodily injury that are intended to (and that actually do) place victims in reasonable and sustained fear for their safety or that of their families. The offense can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony, and is punishable by up to 3 years in jail or prison.
We have no idea what he said, or threatened to do, in this article thread, but it is legit.

“ Why are you posting an article from August?”
I have seen articles posted here from the 1940’s. 1800’s too if I am not mistaken..but those like this one are not posted under news.
In one article I saw he threatened to “bury her” but in the context of what he said he was clearly speaking figuratively, not literally. The lawyers conveniently took that as a ‘terroristic threat’.
