Interesting...whenever I see a squirrel working hard to solve a problem, it so much reminds me of some people I know.
With those people, as they work an issue, you can very near see the cogs turning in their heads...it is even more interesting when they give you a verbal blow-by-blow account of what they are actually thinking, and you can match it up with the gears...:)
Squirrels can’t give me that blow-by-blow, but when they are working a problem, I see the gears turning!
Just curious-what do you think of bird intelligence?
Calling someone a bird – brains should be a complement. Birds get more horsepower out of a much smaller brain than do mammals. With flight you cannot afford a big brain but when you fly in 3-dimensional space you still have to be smart. Hence small and powerful brains.
