The eastern Canadian province of Nova Scotia has made it illegal to stand beside the road, or gather on highway overpasses to support the Freedom Convoy.

Stand there with a sign that says. “Important Things!” That’s not in support of the truckers’ convoy.

This weekend’s protests will be epic. I hope every Canadian citizen gets a chance to see the true colors of the people who govern them. One thing for sure, they don’t want to hear anything we have to say.
It’s cruelty. People now see it.
That would get me out there faster than anything!

We Americans say these things because we have a constitution that has allowed and encouraged liberty for generations.
I’ve found that other countries - damn near all of them - have populations who have obedience baked into their bread.
Illegal? Passed a law? Did it go through the proper channels or is this new “law“ another one of those “emergency Covid powers” that our betters have bestowed upon themselves, you know, to “keep people safe”? 🙄

I was in the UPS store yesterday (Silicon Valley town, California) without my mask. The two people at the counter didn’t have a problem. After a while, a young lady came from the back room and asked “Sir, do you have a mask?”
I replied “Yes.” I had the mask sitting on the counter.
She replied “Can you put it on?”
I asked her “Why?”
She said “It’s a California state law.” Upon which I instructed her that NO LAW was ever passed requiring people to wear masks.
The depth of ignorance is astonishing. (I put the damned thing on)

Well, our bread has now added a whole lot of obedience into the mixer because it is Canadians out there in subzero temps making it clear where they stand.
I say this as an American who loved America.
In the interest of honesty and truth, I wholeheartedly second that suggestion.
