40% Of Pennsylvania Ballots In The 2020 Election Were Unconstitutional
warroom.org ^ | January 28, 2022 | Wally Zimolong

Posted on 01/29/2022 6:35:18 AM PST by Robert DeLong

Attorney Wally Zimolong walks Steve Bannon through the facts of his lawsuit in Pennsylvania, in which the court today agreed that the law of Pennsylvania does not allow “no excuse” mail-in balloting. This ruling said the attempt to allow such mail-in balloting was invalid from the start, meaning before the 2020 election.

I was in Pennsylvania in October of 2020, traveling around the state - and the support for Trump was overwhelming everywhere I went. I even had to wait for a huge Trump parade to pass before I could get back on the highway.

You will never convince me Biden won that state.

Nope, fraud in Philly and Pittsburgh. Just like fraud in Atlanta swung GA, etc.

Biden is not a legitimate president, the election was fixed. Obama was not a legitimate president, he did not meet the birth requirements. The clowns in Washington know this and allow it. We should have been shooting years ago but we won’t. We deserve all of this.

I met the GOP observer for Allegheny County (Pittsburgh). He and an observer from Judicial Watch weren’t allowed to see what they did with the mail in ballots.

Those had to be folded to be inserted into the envelope. The fold made it impossible to scan. Those were thrown into a container and taken into another room where they were counted out of sight.

a travesty for a first world country to allow this rampant fraud.

Savannah ga had its share too. As did Augusta. Cumulatively there was big Trump support to overcome. The cheaters in other cities deserve recognition

Trump increased his margins in Philadelphia over 2016. Xiden underperformed Hilliary! there by about 26,000 votes. All things being equal, Trump would have padded his lead in the State with Philadelphia.

That’s not where the swing happened.

Pennsylvania was swung in the Uber wealthy Karen suburbs of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

Xiden’s increases in just three counties over Hilliary! account for his entire margin in the State. Chester, Allegheny and Delaware. Chester is the most obvious. It has rapidly been running to the left, not just in Presidential elections.

Every county row office in Chester is now Democrat. Almost all of its representatives in the house are now Democrat.

This is a place that Romney won.

Just as rural and western Pennsylvania have shifted to the GOP the wealthy suburbs have shifted left.

There is an undeniable “rich suburb” problem. We are in the midst of a realignment that started in 2008. The Democrats have jettisoned any pretense that they are the part of the “working man” and they have become the party of the insider elite. The ultra rich, wokester Karens and corporate class are the new base of the Democrat party. Bush was winning places like Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Cobb, Henry and Chester in 2000, now all of those places have turned against the GOP by stunning margins.

It isn’t just cheating in those places either. Go talk to the people on the street there. Look at the posts they make on social media. (The later being the real reason that these places have changed so much.)

a travesty for a first world country to allow this rampant fraud.

It was RINO-controlled state legislatures that allowed the cheat-by-mail-in ballots and did nothing to enforce voter ID. All because of their petty hatred of Trump.

They even allowed the 2 Senate seats in GA to go blue, giving control of the Senate to the Rats in order to get rid of Trump. Any kind of thorough investigation of dropbox stuffing and cheat-by-mail-in ballots in those 2 Senate races would have exposed the same methods used to cheat Trump.

The consequences of a stolen election never end. Now we have a liberal retirement from SCOTUS that could have been filled by Trump.

Never forget that it was the RINO-traitors who are responsible for the woke clown world we now must endure. All RINOs who must face a primary this year must be voted out. If everyone with an (R) after their name was a constitutional patriot, the republican party would be unstoppable. Make it happen.

Their petty hatred of Trump is only part of it. They were manipulated into it by their irrational fear of COVID.

We need another Battle of Athens for the next two elections. 100% poll watchers that are bonafide conservatives. There must be 100% ballot chain of custody. On election night any polling place that does not have an initial ballot count from a precinct within 2 hours of receiving the ballots should have the ballots seized. The average precinct is ~1100 to 1200. There is no way the ballot count should take longer than a couple hours. Any precinct counting area that seals itself off from visibility should have its supervisor arrested and jailed along with those who are participating in the election theft of the ballot count.

Stay tuned> Dem. State Supreme Court will overrule hat decision and then it will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court which may take a very long time if they choose to hear it.

The text of the PA Constitution is clear on this issue — only those with legitimate excuses are allowed to vote absentee. The ruling is the only one a rational, literate person could uphold.

But it will be appealed to the PA Supreme Court, which has a 5-2 Dem majority. Will the Dems rule that the plaintiffs had no standing and that fear of Covid counted as a legitimate health problem preventing voting in person?

I believe SCOTUS will take it up and rule the cheat-by-mail-in ballots unconstitutional, but they will find a way so that the ruling is not retro-active. They will leave it to the individual states to decertify the 2020 results. The Bushites on the court passed on making a decision in 2020 with their "no standing" ruling because it would have overturned the official fraudulent results, and they weren't going to do anything that would help Trump.

Here is what Trump is waiting for, IMHO. He's waiting to see if the RINO traitors who must face a primary this year in the state legislatures that allowed the cheating and those in Congress who voted to impeach him are ousted and replaced by conservative challengers. The second thing he is waiting for is for SCOTUS to rule that the cheat-by-mail-in ballots are illegal. The third is a forensic audit of Dominion machines. There was talk of republican states like Missouri or Tennessee doing an audit of the machines. Yes, Trump won them both, but if Dominion cheated him out of millions of votes and made his margin of victory much smaller than reality, that would prove the whole network is corrupt. A deep red state would be able to investigate Dominion without the roadblocks stalling the process indefinitely. I heard talk of this months back, but it has not become a reality.

I think if the first two things happen, then Trump will run in 2024. After all, if the same RINO traitors who allowed the steal are still in charge of the state legislatures, then they will allow the Rats to steal it again. Also, if the cheat-by-mail-in ballots are allowed to be used from now on, the there's no point in anything anymore because the country will be lost. Dems will win every election from president down to dog catcher.

But it may end up at the Supreme Court where they may not be so bold as to rule as the State Supreme Court, if indeed they do try to overrule the State's Constitution. 🙂

At worst, this opens the eyes of a lot more Americans as to the corrupt nature of the Democrats. 🙂

This is much bigger with implications that you too easily brush off as to its importance.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled the laws could be ignored in the 2020 election. It was legalized fraud.

B4 you respond to this thread you should understand what plenary powers are and why they are mentioned in the Constutition.

Plenary prevents the courts' or executive branches' influence on election laws. Elections are political, as opposed to lawful. One exception is the ability of a state governor to supply the slate of electoral college electors if the state legislatures is at an impasse to do so. Courts can only determine if election was UNLAWFUL, and turn it back over to the legislature to work out with Congress.

IANAL, I am not a lawyer. So the courts may exercise other powers to place conditions like successful audits in next election to see if the state keeps its Congressional representation.
