Mine actually is a form of dyslexia. I can usually read just fine, but when I write, type, or speak, it takes a lot of focus to get things to come out in the right order. If I’m distracted or in a hurry, letters get jumbled, similar-looking words get substituted in, the right words might come out in the wrong order, I might use the right base word but the wrong form such as “built” instead of “build”, or sometimes I just end up with extra letters where they don’t belong.

That last one is especially hard to explain if it happens while speaking.
