In all seriousness, you are exactly right. And you should see the various 'programs' offered on the OWN channel (you know, the racist bitch Oprah Winfrey). One show is about a 'black' family that are multi-millionaires because they own a winery in NAPA valley (yeah right). They're all sitting around a huge dining room table (like the Ewings) engaging in intrigue (white intrigue). Or another about a Real Estate firm comprised of ALL black women acting white but viciously attacking each other and then bragging about their 'blackness'.
Our culture must be superior. Why else would they be trying to steal it? Well, that and to 'eliminate' the actual white people who invented all of it to begin with.
As I said on another thread about this, maybe Bienemy doesn’t interview well. Maybe he is not cut out to be a head coach (many coordinators fail to make that leap). Who knows? Maybe he doesn’t want to go to a team in the same division as the Chiefs? WTFK? But any owner in the NFL would hire anyone - white, black, polka dot, transgender - who could bring them a winning team.
My dad told me the story of Cal State LA’s football team where they were pressured into hiring a black coach. They lost every game that season. The guy was a total incompetent.

Bienemy was not overlooked; he was more valuable as an experienced coordinator than as a rookie head coach.
I’m a Chiefs fan and I never thought of that.
There could be something to that. He was offered a coaching job a couple years ago (I think)and turned it down.
