The treatment is apparently a sort of cast or sheath with a chemical cocktail inside, placed over the stump to be regenerated. They put the sheath on the stump for 8 hours and observed 18 months of regeneration into a nearly-complete limb. (I wonder what was going on in the frog’s mind during this?)
Keep in mind that the p3nis isn’t entirely whacked off in the transgender transformation: They actually turn it inside-out and use it as wallpaper for the new v4gina. Haha, so imagine if a guy wanted to regrow his d1ck and didn’t really think of what would happen when/if his v4gina starts turning itself outside-in again.
