Haha, inquiring minds want to know.
I don’t know much about commercial frog leg harvesting, but when I was a kid I recall when fishing at our local lake walking the back-trails and finding sizable stacks of fresh frog torsos. Apparently people would go frog-gigging there at night and clean the frogs right there and then.
