Hula hooping while watching TV is fun cardio. I like to dance to 60s music, too, because those dances used every muscle and they are fun. Talk a nice brisk walk. Read a book or play on the internet while on your exercise bike. Don’t like 30 minutes of cardio? Break it up into segments during the day. Play hopscotch, jump rope...the possibilities to make it enjoyable are many. Think like a kid!
Well that would be possible had I not broken my back two years ago. There are limits to what’s possible bouncing and jumping around. And of course I can come up with reasons for not excersizing since I already partition and pace basic daily chores.
So you see it’s not as simple as finding what to enjoy in excessive....rather how much to want to trade off that’s necessary already.
