Um....what ever happened to breast milk? Didn’t Le Leche League do a tap dance on formula? No supply chain problems there.
Not to get too “detailed”, but not everyone is able to breastfeed, and not every baby can latch on effectively due to cleft palate or tongue-tie. Formula is still needed.
There are old recipes for formula out there that would work as a last resort. I think my mom made ours with evaporated milk and Karo syrup! Yum,Healthy!!
