The Staten Island Ferry can join all the other ferries on SNL. That show has been about as funny as root canal without anesthetic, for decades now. The comedy left the show about the time Eddie Murphy left.

SNL - “It’s sick.”

That’s why SNL sucks.

Smart buy if you invest on Al Gore’s research.

Manhattanites should have all been boat people by now.

Is that the same one that the Ricardos and the Mertzes were on?

There was a guy in the 80’s that converted one of these ferry’s to a mansion residence. Had to be towed by a tugboat. Was in Annapolis, md for a while when I was in the boat business. Went to a reception on it.10 bedrooms or movie theater, huge dining room fo 30 or forty. Gaudy, but impressive. It was named Sardinia. Tried to find some pictures but couldn’t.

Well, it’s up in the mornin’ tryin’ to find a job of work
Stand in one place till your feet begin to hurt
If you got a lot o’ money you can make yourself merry
If you only got a nickel, it’s the Staten Island Ferry
And it’s hard times in the city
Livin’ down in New York town

Pete Davidson’s NYFD dad died on 911. He committed suicide to get away from his communist piece of **** son.

They want to turn it into a comedy club and bar. I kind of like the idea of a drive in floating brothel.

Motor Vessel John F. Kennedy; "277-foot (84-meter) vessel that shuttled commuters between the New York City boroughs of Manhattan and Staten Island from 1965 until it was taken out of service last August [2021]."

[More:]
“The Staten Island Ferry is definitely something iconic,” [Paul] Italia, a real estate investor and co-owner of the restaurant and comedy club The Stand, said Friday. “We wanted to figure out a way to save it and to do something special with it.”

Italia said transforming the 2,109-ton ferry into an entertainment venue will cost millions of dollars and won’t happen anytime soon.

You know it’s bad when the corrupt government won’t even divy out some cash to repair it.

He & his fellow cast mate Jost & another partner have $280 K in it to buy it. They plan to convert it into a floating restaurant, comedy club & event venue. Probably not as crazy of a thought as one would seem.

A risk, but not a huge one for these guys.

This is perhaps the only truly funny thing related to SNL in years. They won’t even be able to make the toilets function without huge expenditures. Ha Ha Ha!

“It’s sick”

….another asinine phrase of the last couple decades that HAS TO GO.

Get over that stupid and disgusting talk.
