Very likely but its going to take probably 7 years to get it up and running.
Good idea in the long term.

My brother was just telling me that last night. All through the pandemic supply-chain chip shortages, Intel was readily available. Don't know whether it was because they were in low demand (i.e. folks just didn't want them).
