Meat Loaf, the singer whose Bat Out Of Hell album is one of the best-selling of all time, has died at the age of 74.
The news was confirmed on the star's Facebook page by his family.
"Our hearts are broken to announce that the incomparable Meat Loaf passed away tonight with his wife Deborah by his side," a message read.
The star sold 100 million albums worldwide and also appeared in movies like Fight Club, the Rocky Horror Picture Show and Wayne's World.

I'm not the one crying about the girls throwing themselves at Rock Stars, so I kind of think that comment is more relevant to you. I have this mental image of you that looks like the preacher on "Footloose". By the way, that's a movie, look it up. The whole point of buzzkill comment: It never ceases to amaze me how some Freepers will read these Rock star obit threads and then make comments like yours or the always lame "What is a insert dead musician name here".
