No, Obama can not be president again. In fact, he cannot even be VP, because one of the job requirements of the VP is that you have to be eligible to be president. He isn’t so he can’t be VP either.

it can be worked around if there is general consent to do so.

the house can elect a 2 term former president to the speakership, and then the vp and president resign to allow the speaker to become president.

22nd Amendment “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice” etc. ELECTED. Doesn’t say he can’t BE President more, just that he can’t be elected more.
I doubt anyone could guess how the Supreme Court would interpret it.
