Trump: Biden Admitted 2020 ‘May Very Well Have Been a Fraud’

Former President Trump said President Biden admitted — “in his own very different way” — that the 2020 presidential election was a “fraud.”

Biden cast doubt Wednesday on the legitimacy of the upcoming midterm elections after a reporter asked Biden if the midterms would be “legitimate.”

The president replied, ” it all depends on whether or not we’re able to make the case to the American people that some of this is being set up to try to alter the outcome of the election.”

Trump put out a short statement Thursday on his comments.

“President Biden admitted yesterday, in his own very different way, that the 2020 election may very well have been a fraud, which I know it was,” Trump said. “I’m sure his representatives, who work so hard to make it look legit, are not happy.”

Trump alluded to the cleanup White House press secretary Jen Psaki engaged in on Twitter.

“Lets be clear: @potus was not casting doubt on the legitimacy of the 2022 election. He was making the opposite point: In 2020, a record number of voters turned out in the face of a pandemic, and election officials made sure they could vote and have those votes counted,” Psaki tweeted.

He was explaining that the results would be illegitimate if states do what the former president asked them to do after the 2020 election: toss out ballots and overturn results after the fact. The Big Lie is putting our democracy at risk. We’re fighting to protect it. — Jen Psaki (@PressSec) January 20, 2022

“He was explaining that the results would be illegitimate if states do what the former president asked them to do after the 2020 election: toss out ballots and overturn results after the fact. The Big Lie is putting our democracy at risk. We’re fighting to protect it,” she added.

Vice President Kamala Harris was asked about Biden’s remarks on “The Today Show,” which she tried to dodge by pivoting to the voting rights bills that failed after Biden’s press conference.

National radio host Todd Starnes called out the media hypocrisy after “Biden flat-out cast doubt on the legitimacy and integrity of the 2022 mid-term elections.”

Biden flat-out cast doubt on the legitimacy and integrity of the 2022 mid-term elections. Waiting for the media to explode with rage…. — toddstarnes (@toddstarnes) January 19, 2022

Anyone else notice that the Never Trump and Wokevangelicals are strangely quiet about Biden questioning the legitimacy of the mid-term elections? @CapstoneReport — toddstarnes (@toddstarnes) January 20, 2022

Let me get this straight. When Donald Trump questions the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election, he’s a “sore loser” promoting “conspiracy theories” and pushing “The Big Lie.” When @JoeBiden questions the legitimacy of 2022 midterm elections, he’s just keeping it real. — Larry Elder (@larryelder) January 20, 2022

The fix was in from both parties
It all came down to one man, Jim Clyburn, in what should have been a meaningless primary of the minority party in South Carolina.

Clyburn gave the word, and Biden "won" the nomination. That's the only reason Biden was in the race, btw.

My comments:

1) I love Trump to death. I voted for him twice in 2016, and twice more in 2020. If he runs in ‘24, I will vote for him twice more, with VERY great pride.

2) IMHO, the 2020 election was a massive fraud. If it had been modestly fair, Trump would have won in a landslide. We don’t need to go into the many and varied reasons why - it was a stolen election.

3) The above being said, IMHO President Trump needs to put 2020’s results (fraudulent though they are) behind him. The only relevance that 2020 has is that in that campaign Trump focused on his many and varied accomplishments (all achieved over constant opposition from not just Dems, but also RINOs like Paul Ryan, plus the bureaucracy and much of the career leadership of most federal agencies), discussed the great economy that we had despite Covid lockdowns and supply chain issues, discussed our energy independence, discussed his jobs record, his success with immigration and his limiting of other nations (China especially, but also including many allies) taking advantage of us. He warned of the disaster that Biden would be.

So, in late 2022, after the Republicans take back the House (and maybe the Senate), he should start discussing what he wants to do IN THE FUTURE:

a) Re-derebulate the energy industry, to return to energy independence, put people back to work and reduce energy prices;

b) Finish building the wall and once again enforce our immigration laws. Cooperate/lean on foreign countries (esp. Mexico, but also including other Central American nations) to keep people from even beginning to travel here without legal authorization.

c) Re-build the military and our faltering credibility overseas.

d) Go after corruption in government (primarily the federal government - leave the states to root out their own corruption); there’s PLENTY of that to go around, and netting a few Congressmen or Senators would play well across the nation.

e) Lowering taxes and cutting out/modifying regulations on a massive scale HAS to happen again - it worked wonders with the economy before, and it will do so again. Jobs, jobs, jobs!!!!

f) Talk about enhancing individual liberties - decry the lockdowns, mandates, etc., and use them and what happened in other “democracies” overseas as a prime example of what we must never let happen again.

g) Fire Fauci and his incompetent/corrupt comrades who gave such horrible advice to him, to Biden and to the American public.

h) If he must mention the 2020 elections, he should mention the failure of the process - and many, many officials on the state, federal and judicial levels - to either instill or restore confidence in the sanctity of our elections. Mention ONLY that measures have been implemented by some states to prevent a repeat, and urge other states to do the same or more (most especially a voter ID system that CANNOT be gamed, plus demand that states and counties clear out their voter rolls at least every 5 years, plus demand that Congress pass a law mandating severe penalties for any person or organization that aids, commits or conspires to commit fraud in any federal election.

These are the basics of what I believe that President Trump should do in the campaign. Be a “happy warrior” fighting for the American people as we move into the future. The past cannot be changed, but we can, should and MUST learn from it.

Seems like Obama’s Third Term (without Obama physically in the WH) is worse than the first two.

“She makes $180K a year to do it, and although that’s a huge amount of money for the likes of me, I don’t know if it would be enough to whore out my integrity day after day on national TV like that.”

Huge amount of money for anyone with her looks.

The last somewhat honest primary, New Hampshire, Biden finished 5th. Then he somehow won SC and “swept” Super Tuesday, and all the other candidates dropped out. None of them dared to challenge the fix.

As scary as is the party of stupid -- which would have nominated Jeb but for Trump -- the party of dupes is even scarier.
