Just had my blood work done last week, my magnesium level is normal.
In fact everything is in the normal range. Are you a doctor? I’m doing great.
Thank you for your concern, but I have three doctors already…..

“you’re not getting any of the benefits of magnesium when taken in the form of oxide.”

Not exactly true.

All forms of magnesium and other minerals and vitamins are provided to give the amount stated. Some forms have other benefits, and any chelated form of a mineral is expected to be better absorbed in all situations, but the non-chelated can be expected to be fully absorbed under ideal circumstances (good stomach acid, proper bacterial colonies in the gut, etc.).

Anyone taking magnesium oxide is nearly guaranteed to get the majority of the magnesium into their bodies.
