Apparently, Favorito has furnished compelling evidence forcing Raffensberger to do something. What that something will be, time will tell.

You’re right. But Georgia doesn’t have many to pick from. The whole state is made up of Frat Boy/RINO/GOPe/Chamber of Commerce Republicans that care more about chicken plants, onion farms,slamming up subdivision after subdivision and selling out the people to anyone that wants cheap land and Right To Work laws.

Do you or anyone else think that Hollywood would be in Georgia if it weren’t for the $800,000,000 a year tax breaks and the Right To Work laws. Kemp and his generosity, with taxpayer money, is the only reason Hollywood is in Georgia. Put it to a vote of the people and I think that industry would be looking for a new home

Mail In Votes, Drop Boxes and Ruby Freeman type activity are what turned Georgia.

All things championed by Abrams.

Fix that for the next one, it’s easier to get stricter and more vigilant for the next one.

They and all states need duly sworn officers to monitor the counted votes and ballots. That’s where the problem was, between votes and counting and during counting votes were added for biden. You can rely on citizen “volunteers” they are generally whoever is loudest and most threatening is the one in charge, usually democrats

Agree. Enforce the laws. Maybe dedicated law enforcement on the election laws will beef up the enforcement.

The biggest thing we can do is put an honest person in Secretary of State post and Governorship.

Jody Hice is a solid conservative. Member of the Freedom Caucus and a strong Trump supporters. Getting his emails. He’s terrific.

You will probably get more cooperation from the GOP now than you ever did before!

Were it not so sad, I would have added a (/s) to that line.

I don’t live in GA, but from everything I’ve seen and read, the Republican Party there as in the rest of our nation would be quite happy to just see all that happened in Nov. 2020 be swept aside. Expand the gov’t....fine. But expose the fraudsters and punish them...not a chance.

Is there any wonder so many believe in the UniParty?

There are sufficient laws on the books, and agencies to investigate violation of those laws.
Prosecution and incarceration are the deterrent that will put a stop to the cheating.
Until high profile people go to jail, there will be no controlling it.

I am good friends with a few Conservative State Senators and they lost their committee chairmanships last January due to the rinos in charge. I believe that they will get them back after this Novembers election.

I live next door and sometimes shop in northern GA. Its hard to imagine the citizens putting up with this crap, notwithstanding the counterbalance from Atlanta.

I don’t think so. I think he’s more a puppet to the Chinese.

But Abrams is a Soros girl. And Raffensberger is an Abrams boy. She, with some help from her Soetero appointed federal judge, she got her hooks in him. She got him to sign 2 Consent Decrees that made the fraud easier.

So, I guess, by extension, he actually is a Soros man.

1. The GBI first has to be authorized and tasked to investigate election fraud;

2. At present the GA SoS is useless because its head, Raffensperger is a criminal who already has shown he’ll flout the law, the legislature, enter into illegal agreements with Democrats, and ignores clear evidence of wrongdoing in Democrat strongholds;

3. The Consent Decree he signed with the Democrat Party was done in secret, the Georgia Legislature unaware wherein he (with certain Kemp approval) essentially agreed NOT to check absentee ballot signatures against registration signatures;

4. ‘Ballot harvesting’ is illegal in my Georgia state. Drop boxes may not be illegal but being used as a drop off for harvested votes as seen in video proof of over a hundred of them in the dead of night where potentially thousands of ballots were dropped off IS in my book - nothing but ‘harvesting.’

The Consent Decree(s) have to be repudiated and nullified by the State Legislature and Kemp must be forced to sign off on it.

Every drop box has to be videoed 24/7 and the recordings maintained inviolate for at least the entirety of the election cycle term being voted upon.

The GBI has to be the primary investigatory agency on any election fraud questions and the legislature should ensure that the Secretary of State’s office is NOT the sole arbiter of what the process is. The call for the GBI to investigate must be a majority Legislature decision, not approvable by the Governor.

Election laws are the purview of the Georgia Legislature. No single state office, officer or entity should be allowed to circumvent that. Why? Raffensperger and Kemp. Two individuals whose ideology and/or greed caused this state to end up with a fraudulent election.

Between illegals and their birthright kids and clowns like Deal and Kemp doing everything they can to lure businesses down here, giving away taxpayer money in the process, it’s happening.

Same thing that’s happening in Texas and the Dallas and Austin areas.

It’s disgusting. They promise jobs that never come to fruition and taxes go through the roof for the folks that have been living here forever.

If the Rivian plant ever gets up and running, so many won’t be able to afford to live there. And those are folks that have been living there for decades, if not their whole lives.

GBI isn’t an issue. Simple order. Briefing them on their tasks and letting them work.

As for everything else you wrote, I kind of agree, but there’s no way Raffensberger does anything without Kemp, Duncan, Carr, Ralston and Miller not knowing. Along with a few other senior members of the legislature.

They didn’t advertise it because they could hide behind that.

Proof, for me, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when news of the “secret decree”. They could have but they chose not to.

And they let Raffensberger schedule the runoff 2 months later as he encouraged more folks to register to vote most of them being Democrats at the behest of Abrams. The machines were already in place from
November. Why wait 2 months?

Remember, one of the Fulton election officials, during the runoff, stated that 90% of the ballots were being adjudicated by an unknown panel in a separate room.

And yet no one has confronted Ruby Freeman. Yes, she’s got a lawyer. Sure. Is there a law that says you can’t run the same ballot through the tabulator over and over and over? She doesn’t need to talk. She needs to shown the video and then be read her Miranda Warning. I’ll bet she starts taking as soon as they tell her to turn around and put her hands behind her back. Do the same to her daughter. I doubt you’d be able to shut her up.
