Let’s start with the U.S. Constitution which clearly gives authority to State Leglislatures to control the rules of elecitons, yet Governors and Secretaries of State across the nation unilaterally decided to send out millions of mail-in ballots and set up drop boxes, etc.
Illegal election, case closed.
Those facts are worthy of note and qualify as “shenanigans” in my vocabulary, anyway.
