Dr. MacDonald’s short book on this condition (a little pricey but well worth it at Amazon) is a “tough” read, but it covers the history and maintenance of the psychosis and discusses a “way out.”

What do you mean by tough? As in it’s sad how deep people can get in the psychosis, or lots of jargon and psychology terms that are difficult to understand/remember?
