What do you mean by tough? As in it’s sad how deep people can get in the psychosis, or lots of jargon and psychology terms that are difficult to understand/remember?

I didn't find the book tough to read in terms of language or jargon; in fact, I thought it to be surprisingly straightforward and concise (only 100 pages long).

No, what I meant by "tough" was reading about (and rekindling memories of) all of the ignorant mistakes and deliberate harm that has turned our glorious Republic into its current (though recoverable) pathetic state.
