I thought the shots were supposed to keep you from getting a serious case of the virus, and being hospitalized.

It's changed over time. Started out as "prevent COVID-19. Pfizer protocol & clinical trial, Moderna protocol & clinical trial. All say "to prevent COVID-19".

Then they changed it to they prevent serious covid and hospital.(said often by pro-vax FReepers despite the literature above) Now it 'may' prevent you from dying.

Where can they go from here? Maybe they'll say, without proof, there would be a lot more deaths without vax? Would have died a worse death without vax?

Liberals always have to change the meanings of things, change the rules, and guidelines when the previous ones they made up don’t work for them. Democrats in Congress do it all the time. And we all know how they incrementally take our rights away, and Republicans have allowed them to do it for years.
