way too much torque from a dead stop for me to trust myself.Sounds made to order for a trials bike that needs that instantaneous burst of power. I know that some electric trials bikes exist (Montesa), although I don't know if they are widely available and how well designed they are. Battery capacity shouldn't be an issue in trials.

Since it’s electric I bet there is a way to infinitely adjust the starting torque curve to anyone’s personal preference.
I once road tested a bike and it’s startup was so smooth I loved it on the spot. I would tune every single one of my bikes like that if I could

A trials bike needs to be light, nimble and powerful. I don't expect to see the trials hot shots leaping logs or fences with a heavy battery pack.
