Lockdowns helped Australian life expectancy increase more than any other country throughout 2020 and make it "one of the safest places in the world", a new study has found.
Researchers found life expectancy increased by 0.7 years for both males and females in Australia between 2019 and 2020.
That compares with an average increase year-to-year of between 0.09 and 0.14 years between 2015 and 2019.
The Australian National University also found this was the largest increase of any country featured in its study by some distance.
Denmark and Norway were closest, experiencing 0.1 and 0.2-year increases for females and males respectively.
America saw a huge drop in life expectancy, falling by 1.7 years and 2.2 years for females and males respectively.

Correlation does not equal causation. It’s like saying, “Studies found that more people drank bottled water in 2020, and life overall expectancy also increased by 0.5 years. Therefore, we can conclude that drinking bottled water increases life expectancy.”

Point is, Leftists and Statists worldwide are cracking down on this for a number of deaths (in this country, even Leftists in the Media such as Sanjay Gupta) are openly acknowledging that 837,000 deaths attributed to COVID is at LEAST half of that due to the now admitted practice of people dying WITH COVID being categorized as people dying FROM COVID, which is completely fallacious and deceptive.
I am going to guess the real figure is a quarter or less. Still a lot of human souls.
That said, are we going to lock down the world for anything like this to save a single life? Ban cars to reduce traffic deaths? (That’s ridiculous we would accuse them of that sentiment, our enemies would claim...but, oh...wait...)
Where does one stop? Being overweight? Having diabetes? Accidents? Strokes?
I should stop. Don’t want to give them any ideas.
I frankly do not believe this article in The AP.
One needs to look at the statistical methods used.
What happened in 2021 when all the stupid Aussies took the toxic vaccines? In the USA we know mortality increased by 40%.
Don’t forget that if you send infected folks to senior citizens homes where they can infect and kill — the avg age of those that remain goes down.
This could be the WuhanFlu effect.
Living a longer life as a prisoner isn’t “life”.
Yeah, that’s what the sky is falling crowd wants you to ignore. Of course living in modern society means we balance freedom with emergency health crisis’. We don’t massively restrict freedoms just because a small percentage is dying.
