I don’t know what to make of omicron. Most people say it is nothing but the spike in deaths here in NJ has been pretty remarkable. We went from an average 7 deaths a day a few weeks ago to over 100 a day this past week. We are at about 10 times the daily cases were back then, so if anything it seems to be as deadly as delta, at least here. Has killed more younger people here too.
Yeah, super weird. I tested positive, had very mild symptoms for a day and a half, continued to work during it (i work remotely), then I was on a cruise ship less than two weeks later. I had to present a Documentation of Recovery letter from my doctor because I was still testing positive.

Omicron is worse for people who are vaxxed, because they injured their immune system. Omicron is almost nothing for the unvaxxed. Long-term side effects playing out right now.
Question,is, how,do,they know,people,dying are dying from omicron? The person tests couldn’t even distinguish what variant a person had, only specialized tests coild tell apparently, yet they were telling us omicron was spreading fast. I’m pretty sure most,of the tests done were not the specialized tests, but I could be wrong. They could,just be making up numbers to keep locked down In fear too.
