Are J & J, Novavax, AstraZenica or others also spike protein oriented, or do some use a different mechanism? I seem to recall reading something here (FR) telling about one that had a different attack point.
My understanding is they are all mRNA related towards the same spike protein and the primary difference is the delivery mechanism, not the message.

My understanding is - one common thing about all western vaccines, especially the American developed ones is that they use the Cornavirus’ spike protein as a means to induce the human body to produce antibodies against the virus.
mRNA, Adenovector or Protein substack-based technology, you name it, they all use the spike protein.
The Chinese vaccine, SinoVac, which is being used the many third world countries uses the traditional inactivated virus to induce and immune response.
Novavax- is a spike protein infection. Traditional vaccine, but the spike protein is cleverly manufactured.
JnJ is an adenovirus vector dna / gene therapy approach/ it get your body to make the spike protein
Az - very similar to JnJ, uses a different adenovirus as a vector
Moderna/ Pfizer- engineered modified rna encased in lipid nano particles, that protects the rna, and help it pass through cell membranes. (Most exotic approach)
