I guess if you are curious, you could simply get a test.
But they won’t test for flu unless you are literally in the hospital.
Getting a positive COVID test without significant symptoms is going to end up getting you banned from work for a while. Who needs that?
If you assume its a cold, and it goes away in a couple of days...then you had a cold—no matter what virus caused it.
These days, if you are working, getting a Covid test is not worth it unless you have comorbidities, live with someone at risk, or you have lots of time to spend in lines.

Just freak out, flap your hands, and run face first into a wall. A broken nose means you have Covid. This result will be as accurate as the useless tests. Six of one 1/2 dozen of the other.

Does it even matter? None are curable, all are transmissable, so stay away from others and do what is needed to mitigate the symptoms and boost your immune system. If whatever you have becomes life threatening, seek medical attention.

The real answer is you can’t. Treat Covid like the flu, the flu like Covid.
Take NAC, Zinc with Quercetin, and vitamins C and D3.
Get plenty of rest but some fresh air also. Treat your fever and pain with Tylenol.
Take it easy, don’t panic. You’ve been down this road before. 7-14 days max.

How do I know if I have a cold, the flu or COVID-19? I don't know, but if you go to a hospital, they'll call it COVID-19 no matter what it is, and the press will count you as dead from COVID as soon as the hospital claims you have it.
