Psalm 76:10 Surely the wrath of man shall praise you; the remnant of wrath you will put on like a belt.
Because God has dominion over the wrath of men, so by grace we believers also have dominion over sin because we are not under the law but under the grace of Christ (Rom. 6:14). Grace (and death) are the only way sin is defeated. Praise the Lord.
