Guess her suit may help to shed light on who delivered the live ammo.
She’s still negligent, but that was a problem for many people in the chain.
Yup, I heard that early on also. That in itself should never have been allowed, and apparently it’s what caused so many to walk off the set the day prior to the killing..I mean “accidental shooting” by the big star of the movie.
Baldwin thinks he so smart, that he didn’t need any weapon’s instructions, but he never should have been allowed to hold that gun without having that training either.
Rule of poison - dilute, dilute, dilute.
Yes, and that may contain the answer to a question I've asked myself: why doesn't Baldwin simply wipe the phone and give it to the cops? He can't because they already know some of what is on it.
Cross draw training seriously? How he drew the pistol or what type of holster set up he was using has nothing to do with live ammo ending up in that pistol.

Yep. And I'm not a detective, but I'd be looking for the person who pulled the trigger, or otherwise shot the weapon that was in his hand at the time.
I would expect they would find the armorer’s text message requesting Baldwin to go through cross-draw training.
Link to her lawsuit. With weapons and ammo chain of custody claims according to her version of the story.

I asked this question before, but so far, no answer. ‘Why did he point the gun at her in the first place, and to top it off pull the trigger’ I don’t think this was part of the script to begin with. Was it just some stupid play acting, or something more sinister behind it?
Armorer says in her lawsuit that it was a rehearsal and that the gun wasn’t supposed to be drawn and that’s why she wasn’t in the church when Baldwin blasted the cinematographer.
Also, the video surveillance system on the set wasn’t working on that day.
Lawsuit text below.

Alec himself said he didn’t pull the trigger, but he did cock the gun. (pulled back the hammer).
Either
1. He is lying and he DID pull the trigger
2. He pulled back the hammer, but not far enough to lock
3. He tried to decock the gun and dropped the hammer
4. He went off halfcocked
At trial, it will be proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the gun could not have gone off by itself. That Alec Baldwin, and no one else, caused the gun to fire, killing one and injuring another.
GUILTY of involuntary manslaughter.
“I’m not taking the fall!”
Good for her.
Baldwin is guilty.
The question is, who else is guilty?
I’m still thinking the live round was put there intentionally, by a “labor collective” type.
Certainly, the armorer did not have control over the guns and users.
Yeah in that ill-advised interview IIRC he stated he didn’t pull the trigger but did pulled back the hammer.....when I heard that to me it was very damning.....of course a lib not knowing his way around a firearm didn’t even realize what he said.
At this rate, Baldwin is going to die of old age before any legal action is taken.
And he was pointing the barrel at the ‘target.

1.) Admit nothing.
2.) Deny everything.
3.) Make counter accusations.
