If he can avoid some of the nastier effects of the ‘rona (blood clots, bad stuff from cytokine storms), he’ll probably pull through. But it’s a slow go.

I was in the hospital 25 days with this virus. But after about 10 days, the doctors said there was probably no more active virus in me. It was just a matter of overcoming what the virus had done to me, mostly resolving the pneumonia it had given me, which at one point, was bad enough that I was one step from a ventilator.
