I want to believe this, but I can’t. Seniority is everything. At 400k+ they aren’t going to take the hit unless they are wanting to retire anyway. I know a bit about United Airlines and the pilots there totally gave in. It was sad to see.

Just from speaking with people a vax mandate will not be adhered too. Many people regret being forced to take the jab to keep their jobs. Many people who are vaxed realize it protected them from nothing. More people are also aware of the adverse reactions. Force a booster on people and watch the push back. Hopefully they try it and literally get their heads handed to them.

Why is this hard to believe? I have friends in most airlines and they will be the first to tell you (in private of course), that they can easily bring down the whole system. United Airlines, well you said you already know, so I won’t beat a dead horse. cheers
Agree with the pilots (since I’m a retired USAF one). Believed the Fausi/CDC excrement. Got the two shots. Thankfully, no reaction. Got COVID anyway. Thankfully again, not a bad case, perhaps or perhaps not due to the shots. However, I am not exactly young, but in very good shape for my age. So, perhaps the shots helped and perhaps they did not.
As for the fear porn coming out of our science illiterate media, they make so many tech mistakes that we STEM types can call ‘em out even easier than identifying a future lib arts major in a calculus class. Not buying the act any longer, and the more we put off the confrontation, the worse it’ll be.

Airline pilots are a good bellwether of thinking individualists.
My nephew is a pilot. Flying is the love of his life.
He says he will be fired before he gets the jab.
Shut down every flight in the country. These fascists will roll over in a heart beat. He would not be off the job long.
