My suggestion would be there has to be quotas. Half the players would have to be female and all players distributed by race proportional to the US population. The coaches would have to work into that framework in deciding who plays. If an Asian player gets hurt, they would have to be replaced by an Asian player. It would add a lot of stress on the coaches getting the correct matchup.
A 38D female in the uniform would also radically change the design of shoulder pads.
The pants can stay just like they are though, tight and form-fitting, for ease of movement, ya know.
