Yes, New Mexico allows abortion up until the actual time of birth with partial birth abortion. Last year, the so-called "progressive" but radical Democratic legislature repealed an old statue that included prohibition of PBA and our radical blue-state Dem governor Michelle Lujan Grisham signed the repeal into law.
