Is this normal? Do companies usually recall an item or product that kills people even if it is being used or consumed or injected correctly?

I'm waiting for the recalls on the shots.

"Do companies usually recall an item or product that kills people even if it is being used or consumed or injected correctly?"Of the usual food infestations, Listeria is bad juju. Immuno-compromised? You better have a damn good doctor to beat Listeria in that kind of patient.
The dominant supermarket chain here has been steadily decreasing their reliance on Cali's "Dirt Valley" for sourcing and switching to FL.
Which is to say, the mojados are surely still pooping in FL lettuce fields, but the recalls out of FL are undeniably less than CAlexico-grown where everything green is smothered in pendejo butt juice.
PS: You can't spell "Calexico" without "e coli" .
