How’s it going?
Hi, Vision! Hope you’re having a good weekend.
Hi Gina, yes relaxing but wet and cold.
Oh, yeah, the latest cold front is on the way here now.
Evening.......
These cold temps/snow/ice are screwing up my routine.
How are you Viking? How were the holidays? I want to say good but am bracing for torturous.
Spent Christmas down here with her side of the family. It was actually pleasant, albeit with the usual surpises. Didn’t get any decorations up, other than the little perpetual Christmas tree here on my electric wood stove. I was still too busted up to get out any decorations this year, but the spirit was alive. My stepson decked the halls inside and out, so at least I got one evening of Christmas cheer. I finally broke down and got a walker, but I got one with four wheels, locking brakes, a seat/basket, and padded backrest. Other than that, I’m not sure how I’m doing, honestly. Been raining buckets - I think I may start a fire later. Marinating a pair of strip steaks and will just put them under the broiler, with a wild rice medley on the side. Need another glass of wine.
It sounds decent, Viking. Even with your troubles, it could always be worse. I’m glad you checked in!
thanks
