Most of this is from memory, it’s been six months since I read the piece: (1) Cancer in your background, (2) chronic kidney/liver disease, (3) Lung issues (COPD, asthma, etc), (4) diabetes, (5) Dementia and Alzheimer’s, (6) heart disease, (7) weakened immune system, (8) anxiety/panic attacks, and (9) obesity. If I remember the article correctly...two of these conditions was an automatic qualifier to get you a quick ticket from the doctor to enter the hospital.
On the anxiety/panic attacks...I suspect this goes to severe coughing attacks where the anxiety contributes more stress on the body to handle the coughs.
Some of these, if you live a good healthy lifestyle...you won’t have these in your ‘deck of cards’. When you find a 80 or 90 year old person who survives...it’s a pretty sure bet they don’t have a single co-morbidity.

If their co-morbidities are treatable with po meds, and they stay out of a hospital. They can possibly/might survive if they are treated appropriately for their co-morbidities.
What about Vitamin D level?
