The vaccines did stop me and my wife from getting infected with covid. And unlike Biden, I am not hiding in my basement, but carrying on all normal activities for living a life. Even did 2 cruises, 1 in September and another in November in 2021. Both times we had to submit results of a a negative covid PCR test.
The vaccines didn’t stop ME from getting covid..nor any of the multiple people I know with it right now..
thankfully, it is mild..like a cold.
You can get your PCR test in the morning, stop for lunch on the way home and get catch the virus in the restaurant.
The virus incubates in your body for three to five days.
You get your PCR results back on the second day. Get on the boat the third day. And start displaying symptom on the fifth day when you are two days out to sea.
I am not saying don’t go on cruises, my wife and I have a cruise booked for May.
What I am saying is that these requirements are equivalent to tilting at windmills.
The virus is a dragon that can not be slain by their puny attempts.
You and your wife must be special.

Tell that to the 13 VAXED co-workers in my shop. 13/15 were VAXED! The other 2 were unvaxed, but never had the C flu. Myself and another had the C flu in August, ( we now have natural immunity) and are taking up the slack. Three facts: 1) the jabs do not work 2) the vaxed are spreaders 3) natural immunity is real, we have what the vaxed can never have- natural immunity.
I remember you like to go on lots of cruises. Haven’t you noticed in recent weeks, lots of cruise ships are reporting COVID infection aboard despite everyone being vaxed? How can you make the statement that the vaccines “stopped me and my wife from getting infected”? You may just be lucky according to recent outbreaks. Good luck to you.
