That's wishful thinking on the Marine Corps' part. They'll never have that many.

They currently have about 140 legacy F/A-18A/C/D Hornets, about 100 AV-8B Harrier IIs, and around 100 F-35B/Cs.

No way they're going to replace those 240 legacy aircraft with 320 F-35s.
