I can just see it: “So all the evidence points to the fact - I’m talking about FACTS now - that the one person most responsible for the deadly January 6th insurrection was President Harris . . . er . . . Senator . . . uh . . . President Trump, who was then the President.”

Not only that. I just read Peter Nacarro’s “In Trump Time” and he reminded me that there were enough patriotic members of Congress to force debates on all the contested states. According to the rules discussion of a miminum of two hours per state. That would have meant at least 12 hours of televised discussions when the data that none of the courts wanted to hear would have been presented directly the American people.

Yes, we know that the Dims and even some RINOs would have done their utmost to deflect and deny, but the truth would have been out there. I do not believe that it would have lead to another outcome, but many more citizens would have been convinced the election had been stolen. That had to be stopped and so it was!

Somewhere around 18 percent of the public would even bother to listen to Joe Biden muttering.

I have zero interest in the latest lies that Communist’s teleprompter is going to spew.

As long as the MSM keeps repeating this theme of President Trump being responsible for “chaos and carnage”, it makes no difference what could happen in a court of law. They probably have no intention of taking any of this to court, because they have the ability to manipulate the story line completely, just using their media megaphones.

He’s going to come off as a sick, deluded old man controlled by other people, which of course he is.

But worst of all, making a speech denouncing a political rival that you (allegedly) defeated is likely THE most classless thing a politician can do.

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” (14th Amenment)
By calling 1/6 an ‘insurrection’ they are claiming legal ground to block future Trump election or appointment, and also potentially any re-seatment Republican representatives who in any way might be construed to have supported the 1-6’ers.

I just LOL because pedojoe has been very careful not to call President Trump by his name or title AT ALL. He always refers to him as, “my predecessor” or, the “former guy”. The aholes on DUh use the initials, “FG” to denote President Trump.

So how is pedojoe going to lay out the singular responsibility of someone for J6 when he isn’t allowed to say the name? LOL

And forget you, pSacki-of-*, for using the title, “Mr. Trump. Wasn’t pedojoe always referred to as, “former vice-president biden?

Democrats are scum.

This country does not need a civil war. It needs a revolution.

Sure sounds like defamation to me, anyone broadcasting or composing it can share in the suit. No need to bother suing the President. Just sue everyone else who cannot plead immunity.

Start here with Jen. If I were Trump I would just be very quiet and have an army of lawyers ready to write letters.

Aside from inflation, raging gas prices, a mess of a supply chain, disaster in Afghanistan, erasure of our borders, the Senile One has “singular responsibility” for farting in the face of the Duchess of Cornwall.

You have a point; it will be difficult for him to utter the name “Trump.” It will be a mental struggle and could contribute to the sort of stumbling and bumbling that I envision.
