That's not the definition of 'troll', but something else. 'Shill' is one word for it. They do exist and they are here.

A very solid observation - these types have been around forever. Some actually get remuneration, but a lot view their shilling as a spiritual calling. Ignoring them means nothing, as they will post and interact without any real concern for the success of the 'argument', only that their holy view was publicized.

It’s not a troll problem here, especially with this vax. It’s a near-coordinated shill campaign to influence, persuade, mislead and/or stifle legitimate concerns over whatever it is (here, vaccinations). NOT answering them, then, is the wrong thing to do, IMO.
