A friend, a good guy, smart and hard worker... but has a few issues, horses, alcohol and hates winter.

If he cannot make it to Floride for the winter, his standard practice is to get drunk and find a Dupage Cop and SPIT ON HIM! Ninty days DuPage County jail and winter is over. He says the DuPage County jail is not bad.

While asleep in his car as his girlfriend is shopping and cought to shoplift...

When asked if anyone was with her the girlfriend said her BF was in the car.

Illinois had passed a 3-strikes law and he became an accessory.

IIRC he was sentenced to three years.

He was medically released after about two years. When I saw him he looked like a ghost and had lost a huge amount of weight. They do did not know exactly what was wrong?

All in DuPage, in Cook County perhaps a parking while sleeping ticket?
