Makes sense. The clot shot plays merry hell with capillaries, esp. in the lungs and other organs.

No the pathophysiology has nothing to due with your pejorative “clot shot”. Sidenafil is a ventilator and acts on the endothelial layer of the pulmonary vasculature causes decrease in diffusion space which in turn increases oxygen as in the case of ARDS.

Sidenafil has been long used in such a capacity, and the erectile dysfunction treatment is actually a by product of what it was originally intended for.

Makes you wonder why doctors are not using vasodilators on people before they get so bad they have to go on ventilators.

they know o2 deficiency makes peoples conditions get worse

why not help the cardiac and respiratory systems out a bit?

because they want people to die, thats why
